Vivian Standifird
Vivian Standifird is a senior financial executive with over 20 years of financial leadership experience, assisting both public, private, and large non-profit organizations through periods of growth and expansion. She retired from her CFO position at Rehab Medical in 2021 to serve Bradley University as Frist Lady and pursuit her passion in community services.
Vivian brings many years of board governance experience through her work with corporate boards and public services. Her diverse financial management experience and keen sense of IT knowledge thru leading major ERP system implementations and company acquisitions allows her to provide unique point of views and valuable insight on financial, strategic, as well as technology matters. In addition, she had served as the subject matter expert on an audit committee under public scrutiny (County of San Diego).
Vivian served as the Chief Financial Officer for Rehab Medical, Inc., a medical equipment company focused on custom wheelchairs (complex rehab) and related products from 2014 to 2020. During her time at Rehab Medical, the company was named in the “Fast 25” list by the Indianapolis Business Journal as one of the fastest growing companies three years in a row (2018-2020). The company also made the Inc. com Top 5000 US private company list in 2020. Vivian also served as Chief Financial Officer for Cork Medical, LLC and OMS Rehab LLC, sister companies for Rehab Medical with common ownership. Cork Medical is a medical device manufacturing company focusing on FDA registered wound care products. The consolidated companies employed over 450 employees in 18 states.
Vivian was the CFO for P&I Supply, Inc. a privately held company in the construction equipment industry. P&I experienced record breaking sales during her time as their CFO, including expansion of sales into international markets. Vivian was Controller for the University of San Diego, a non-profit with assets over $1B. She was the Co-Project Director for the $5M+ Oracle implementation project and served as standing staff presenter at the audit, finance, and investment committees of the Board of Trustee.
Vivian started her Career in Public Accounting with Deloitte & Touche, where she focused on the healthcare and manufacturing sectors. She then joined Haggen, Inc., which was then a Forbes 500 Private company, as a Financial Planner directly under the CEO.
Vivian received her Bachelor of Art in Accounting from University of Oregon, and her Master of Science in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego. Vivian is a Certified Public Accountant, and a Certified Management Accountant.
Rob Prescott
Rob Prescott has been an English professor at Brandley University since 1992. He is by no means a trained dancer, but for years he has taught students to waltz as part of Bradley’s Study Abroad programs in Austria. He has also been a performing musician since the 1970s, playing the Russian balalaika, the Italian mandolin, and guitar in a variety of ensembles. His wife Tracy teaches at Reservoir Gifted Academy, where generations of parents know her as their child’s favorite teacher. Their children, both attorneys, are great admirers of CASA and its mission.
