Chaille Becker

Chaille is a Vice President within Caterpillar’s Global Information Services division. She has accountability for global IT infrastructure & operations and is also responsible for the IT Vendor Management Office. Her 20+ career at Caterpillar spans roles across IT, Procurement, Digital & Analytics. She also served on the board for the Greater Peoria YMCA and is a current board member for Crittenton Centers. She received her bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Northern Iowa and an MBA at Illinois State University. Her husband Jason is a Pediatrician with OSF. Their daughter, Ava, is a junior at Peoria Notre Dame and son, Nolan, is a 5th grader at St. Vincent de Paul. Their hobbies include traveling, boating, and hosting family & friends.

Adam Shaw

Adam Shaw is a Peoria native, born and raised, who runs a local consulting firm that specializes in Accountancy and Business Improvement. He graduated with honors from the University of Illinois with a dual major in Business Administration and Accounting and dual minor in Computer Science and Finance. As an Eagle Scout and former United State Marine, Adam understands the value of mentorship for young men of our community. Currently, he has the privilege of serving as Scoutmaster for St. Mark’s Boy Scout Troop 225. Adam started his ballroom dancing career in 2019, where he met his now wife, Madalynne Shaw, who is also a competing dance professional for CASAblanca 2022. The couple specializes in American Rumba but enjoys dancing all Smooth and Latin dance styles together.
